Highly recommend Jack! He really cares about his clients, takes the time to see how they are going and really listens to how they are feeling. I find I have no issues sticking to the meal plans I receive and if there is something I'm not enjoying it's as simple as asking Jack to change it. Can't thank him enough for all his knowledge and support with my nutrition. My energy levels are great, my weight is decreasing consistently. Very happy with Jack

Couldn't be happier with the nutrion advice I have receive from Jack since signing up. My performance in the gym has increased and my weight has decreased! Jack is super knowledgeable about both nutrion and strength programing, he is always happy to answer any questions I have and will make sure the goals I set are realistic and achievable. For anyone looking for personal training or help getting their nutrition on track, I cant recommend Jack from Compound PSR highly enough! Not only is he one of the most knowledgeable trainers in Hobart when it comes to diet and athletic performance, but hes also been able to put together a tailored program that works for me, taking into account lifestyle, previous injuries, and food preferences. Overall, super easy to work with, highly professional, and has the knowledge to really get great results!
