Found this number after googling for help with my cracking shifting house+ established fairly early in the convo with Cody that since im in Vic that he couldn't help me (my mistake- oops). But help me he did+ im so grateful. Long patient chat he explained a lot of the issues+ I was then able to focus my search+ hook up with a couple of locals for quotes. I feel more confident asking questions now+ hopeful4 a good outcome. I don't know what Allen's work or prices are like but its rare to find someone so generous with their time+ kind. I think Cody Allen might be one of the good guys.

Thank you Cody and the team for completing an underpinning job at my investment property. I knew nothing about what the work involved but Cody took the time to explain this to me. He also encouraged me to visit the site whilst the work was being completed so I could see the process myself. Also, given the level of work, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the gardens looked once the team had finished their work. I think they left it looking better than when they got there! Highly recommended :)
