        Good Afternoon, Today after not getting timely assistance from the ANZ help line and being on hold for 45 minutes, we gave up much to my dismay. We drove to the ANZ WESTFIELD branch and spoke with the teller to assist with our concerns. The concerns were managed in a positive , friendly and professional manner, special thanks to Peter and Effie managing the front line . I would like to also add , face to face customer service is important and should be considered if any more metropolitan or regional branches are to be closed. Phone or online is not many peoples prefers method of problem resolution.

        Their ATM machine is absolutely broken. I counted money to deposit but amount is different for several times!!!!! I put $100 x 20 and $50 x20. But it shows as 17 each!!! What if I didn't count?! I could loose more than $400. Do not waste your time on here. Go somewhere else.
