Very busy afternoon today thursday 25/5 , only one teller on, had to wait 20 mins but, I was served promptly

Actually a normal bank open during normal hours with ATMs open 24 hrs.

Shocking wait time always, major transaction having to be done standing and within hearing distance of other waiting customers. Seriously is this modern banking
