        I'm not sure this bank want customers. you can never reach them by phone. the staff are very disorganised and unpersonable. Opening an account is like pulling teeth, and no one ever returns your calls. I'm moving to westpac.

        The staff were very responsive and helpful with a complicated request about a Citibank account, even though I am not a NAB customer. Very good service. A nice open-plan branch, comfortable for a longish wait, and not scary-crowded.
