        Very terrible customer service. Not enough staff to fulfill customers requirements. Bank is full of customers and only three staff members are available. Two of the staff members are just with two customers from last 45 minutes. We waited over more than an hour. I dont want to give even one star. Its time to move to another bank.

        I bank here for work and the staff are fantastic but sadly the facilities are not up to the ANZ where we used to bank.
