        Tried to contact branch by phone as our old branch was closed. It took 10 minutes to get someone to answer a phone just to get a branch number. Then the branch would answer

        Went in on Monday at close to 11 am, queued up at the service desk behind others, only yo be told we have to see the tellers, felt like 15 minutes, queued up for teller felt like another 15 minutes, only to be greeted by a teller, who couldn't care. We wanted to transfer money from our own account into the BT Super which is a Westpac own product, only to be told we need the BSB number and we said that its on the account, its a Westpac/BANKSA product which is one of the worst supers you can do, but we stayed with them. Between the two of us we have 3 mortgages with BankSA, well later this week we are moving everything we have in your accounts and the mortgages to somebody who cares about service
