Over 3 hour wait for an appointment book months in advanced. Dr flora will build fear in you and will con you into repeat fortnighly and monthly checks (that costs obviously) When I sought a second opinion they were normal freckles. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never return.

Dr Flora is very personable and friendly. I particularly liked the fact that when I booked, the receptionists told me on the day to call 1/2hr before going in, so that I could check if Dr Flora was running on time. She was quite behind this day, so it was useful to know I could keep working from home until she was ready, to save sitting in the waiting room.

I had an appointment booked with Dr Flora yesterday afternoon. After waiting for 2 hours I asked the receptionist when I was likely to be seen and was told that I was next on the list. However this was not the case, after waiting a further hour and watching other patients come and go I finally gave up and left. Very disappointing service.

Dr Flora has been our family doctor for many years. She is dedicated to her patient's care, health and wellbeing. Never have we felt rushed or production lined during a consult she always takes time to listen and thoroughly consider health care options for you. Definetly a little gem and worth waiting for.
