Ive had many prescriptions over the years and found many resulting glasses have been a bit of a hitnmiss affair. Some are ok, some take a while to grow into and some are just plain wrong. It was time for an updated prescription and on a recommendation I went to see OptoMed at Norwood this time around and brought my various glasses in to test along with my eye test. Rob was very calm and very thorough. When tested, my previous glasses seemed to conflict each other and he spent extra time verifying and testing my eyes to make sure he had the right prescription. He seemed to really care, and was very pleasant and reassuring throughout. When I collected my glasses (computer use) I expected to have some get use to it time being required, but these were just great as soon as I put them on - no adjustment time required. Everything was so sharp that it was quite a jolt as Id been used to a certain amount of fuzziness for a while. So this was what its like! They had nailed it. I am in front of a computer screen 10 hours a day and my eyes get very fatigued at the end of the day normally. Its only a few days now but so far my eyes are feeling far better when I shutdown for the night. Highly recommended.

We travel across the city to go to Norwood Optomed. The Optometrists are excellent, highly skilled , friendly and very professional. Their reception staff are friendly and always offer excellent advice. We are very pleased with Norwood Optomed and highly recommend them. Lee and Alan Biglow
