        Went into their store at approximately 3:25pm. 2 staff members in store, no other customers. My friend and I did not receive any greeting, eye contact or acknowledgement. We were totally invisible to them. They happily chatted to themselves. We spent approximately 15-20 mins browsing and trying on some frames. No assistance offered at all. Maybe because of our nationality????? I was ready to purchase but decided not to. Why am I paying for your staff members wages to receive no service at all. I thought Country Road was bad. But your staff takes the cake. If their eyesight is an issue. Maybe they should have gone to Spectsavers?
