We have recently engaged Voiteck to refresh our company wide telephony suite. Their engineering team spent 2 days onsite installing new equipment, both hardware and software, and I can say their Customer interaction and professionalism was first class. Ermis was super responsive when I called him about a technical problem I was having with another provider. He had some great advice straight away,.and followed this up with detailed written advice, and then touched base again to see how I was going. I have diarised when my personal and business phone and internet plans are coming to an end, and will be engaging with Ermis and Voiteck then to hopefully move forward and enjoy their great technical and personal service. Highly recommended.
