In al my years of business, never have I encountered such unprofessional service. In fact, there is no service! We renovated the offices upon leasing a warehouse/office 8 months ago and although we were told the roof/ceiling leaks had been repaired, they were not! It has been 8 months and we still have not had the ceiling leaks fixed and now the ceiling has collapsed. Absolute care factor is zero!!!

Please do not lease from this company. highly unprofessional, once you signed lease no one cares about you. no maintenance done on time. we are leasing 4 properties and always paid our rent on time but every time we need some maintenance work done no on cares. No complaint process in place and you will be belittled on phone and staff will hang up on you.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED I have not seen any experienced looking yet immature and most unprofessional. George's response: - Not available for short term lease (Before discussing the lease terms) - Not suitable for your business (Before understanding the nature of my business) - Not available for lease - "I can do what I want" (upon suggestion to take the listing and signage down- signage attached) I feel sorry for the Immature and unprofessional behaviour. Suggesting George to Meditate if he is over worked to keep his cool least expected for prospective client.
