International students and investment settlement friendly. I recommend this real agency for their selling, renting and property management services to Adelaide friends.

Shocking property managers!! I rent while owning investment properties elsewhere, so am well equipped to experience property managers from both sides of the transaction. Would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Gave us the dirtiest house going in which we had to get professionally cleaned as they wouldn't pay for it to be cleaned. Then on during tenancy, they had few repairs needed which they would take forever to complete and they would be completed in the worst/cheapest/dodgy way possible. Then upon outgoing, did final inspection and brought up a couple minor points (i.e. 2 tiny bits of food inside dishwasher, which we went back to clean) then 2 weeks later (after new tenants have moved in) when we asked about our bond and they said there were other issues requiring them to charge us to fix up like marks on the walls in the walk in robe (there isn't any marks) so now having to fight them on this. Don't waste your time with these guys!
