From the first consultation, I felt very relaxed and confident Dr. Poonnoose would be able to relieve me of my back pain. He showed the scans on the computer and explained in detail the proceedure. I was fortunate to be the first operation Dr. Poonnoose carried out in the new 'Neuro Surgery Theatre' in Flinders Private on 8th January 2000. This man has gave me my life back . He fixed me and im now pain free . He took more than enough time to explain what i had to have done . Very professional very nice man. I was extremely anxious about surgery. He's explain it all perfectly and what he would do and the most likely out come . I went to him for a second opinion and it was the best thing I could of done. This guy isn't all about getting the cash for the job he's really all for his clients and will not operate unless he is 100% sure you need it . I have so much respect for the guy and owe him so much thanks for helping me . I came out a new man and have a second chance to injoy my life pain free. Thank you so much Dr .

Doctor was fine but the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I arrived on time for my 11:00 appointment today but the receptionist was chatting with the doctor and wasnt at the desk. Another patient standing in front of me was also waiting to be checked in for their 11:30 appointment. I ended up waiting 45 mins because Kerryn the receptionist sent the other patient in first while I was standing right behind them waiting to be checked in. When I told Kerryn my appointment was 11:00 and she didnt even feel bad sending someone in before me and said they beat me to it without a simple apology! After rescheduling my appointment for an emergency case the other day and now this?? Please remember everyones time is important. If thats how your clinic works, then make it a walk in clinic.
