Andy completed our settlement (Selling a house and buying a house in the same week) going above and beyond to ensure everything was completed without a delay. This included a lot of out of hours work, visiting us at our workplace and loads of great professional communication. Without his service we would of not had the time required to complete our settlement/s process in our short time frame. I would recommend his service to anyone needing to be financially approved and/or needs assistance with the purchase of a property.

Andy is a fantastic broker! My partner and I were struggling to find a residential home loan as there was 76acres and a home on the property. We had given up on finding a home loan and letting our dream property go when Andy called us after we put in an online inquiry. He guided us through the whole process (all by phone and email, we live 400km from Adelaide), working so hard and at any hour to help us secure a residential loan. He broke everything down for us and made buying our first property so simple! Thank you Andy, we can never thank you enough.

I found Andy to be a great help in my recent re-finance process. Having just googled and then been contacted by him I wasn't sure what I was going to get! From the outset Andy was friendly, knowledgable, transparent and likeable. He was able to access a great deal for me which has saved us alot of money every fortnight. His communication was excellent and he made concerted effort (driving to our house to get a missing signature) to get the application complete and ready for submission. I would highly reccomend Andy and did refer a friend to him following my positive experience.

Andy is an excellent Broker. Before dealing with Andy I was sceptical of how a broker could help me. I was looking for a home loan for a hobby Farming Property in South East SA. None of the smaller banks would even look at it as it was outside the lending areas. The big banks all pushed us towards commercial loans, which wasnt viable on such a small property. Id just about given up on this property, but in stepped Andy, with excellent knowledge of the lending market. He quickly found a number of mortgage options to suit our needs at great rates. He did this via phone and email at all hours of the day and night whenever I had any questions about the process. He was very patient and professional through the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone trying to find a home loan.
