Paul Lu and his staff at Palm Tree Finance are beyond exceptional! We met Paul more than a year ago when we were looking to buy our first home. My wife and I were in a tricky situation due to one of us not being a permanent resident. Paul was honest and upfront from the very outset and explained what our situation is, what borrowing options are available, and what is a realistic and reasonable amount we could borrow.
