        Very rude customer service at the front. Tried to transfer fund from CBA to Westpac. A male staff refused to transfer the fund for me because I did not have the swift code. I was never asked to provide swift code to do a fund transfer before. I was told to walk to Westpac and get the swift code there. That was 4:15pm and Westpac branch was closed already. I asked the staff what to do and he just shrugged and walked away. Very rude and cold.

        Worst bank in South Australia. If you are not Chinese or look Asian don't bother going inside. Staff are rude and cold. Normal services like withdrawing money from a person over the counter will not happen here. Pathetic and literally the reason I want to move 2 house loans to another bank. Pick up your game maggots.
