Please READ ALL :) For some reason I forgot my password - normally youd do in the app using forgot password - it didnt work. Had to call them and I was told to come to the office with the passport and ID - I mean why do I need to visit the branch in person just to reset the password . Terrible Just want close the account now .

Terrible customer service. I asked some questions at the front desk, the male staff didnt bother himself to say anything to answer my questions, but knocked the window and said page 10 instead, even though I didnt know what the page 10 referred to.
