Worst bank I've ever used. They locked my accounts for several months with no reason. I went to the branch multiple times and called service line many times, no progress. It seems they only have staff working in the branch and everyone else in the back end never work never make any progress. I have been waiting for months just waiting for them to unlock my accounts. Such a terrible bank, you'd better close permanently.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and made sure all the security checks were done before they authorized the withdrawal. I must say technology seemed to give them problems but they problem solved as a team and got the job done.

It depends on your luck. Some staff are good, some aren't and are pretty laid back to say the most. The services reflect the culture and management of that specific bank wherever it is located. Deal with it or go to other banks.

Been a customer for over 10 years at this branch. Recently went to open a joint account with my partner, we were treated very poorly from start to end. I am not surprised seeing other poor reviews. This bank seems to have forgotten it survives because of its customers...
