Took our van to get fixed as air-conditioning and heating component not working. He had the van for 2 hours. DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! And charged us $440, FOR NOTHING!! When asked to explain where the cost is involved he told me to "get out of his shop"!! I refused to pay that much as I thought it was very expensive considering the issue was not fixed, in fact NOTHING was different and he refused to give my keys back not happy!! I went to this guy because he was helpful in the past but I would certainly not recommend him now. He charged me $165.00 an hour to fix a fuse and change the plug to our camper trailer. Despite saying to him let's look at the fuse first he started to try and find other problems. He spent 5 hours doing something that could have taken a couple of hours. He continued to look at other things which were unnecessary so when I received a bill of $900 I nearly fell on the floor. With Xmas around the corner, and a bill of nearly $1000 I will have to make sacrifices for my family because of this. I hope he has a nice xmas with my money. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. I think some customer service goes a long way and I should have gone elsewhere. Very upset with the whole experience. Service: Electrical
