Very impressed with the operation at Warana. Was a bit hard to find as the location at the time was over-shadowed by the Planet Smash Repairs signage until you're almost at the office door. They took care of rear-end damage through a no-fault Suncorp Insurance claim. Within a few minutes of us dropping our vehicle off, the damage was inspected and assessed with a general estimate of a timeframe provided, subject to delivery of parts from Sydney if required. The office staff were very efficient and friendly and arranged transport from the Warana workshop to the Hertz rental car place back up the 'Coast. Repairs were completed in less than a week (sooner than the estimated time), and the office again arranged for transport from Hertz back to their workshop to pick up the repaired vehicle cleaned and looking like new.
