Bought a starter motor from this company on the 26/4/2022. Package has still not arrived. As with other commenters, I've emailed, called (am currently on hold and have been for 34 minutes), logged a resolution request, even visited the Warana store, with no joy. I understand that there have been issues with Covid and staffing, but am currently $436 out of pocket with no refund in sight. Invoice number is N60306. Any resolution would be welcomed, but not going to hold my breath

this company is a joke, Paid 70 dollars for hilux headlights and tried to call with no response. i want a refund.

Have been waiting for nearly three months ,have tried phoning, no answer ,have messaged ,no answer ,I seriously think this mob are a scam ,do not order on line from these guys ,took my money ,and am unable to get any answers from them ,do not order from them

Something is wrong here. Ordered 2 months ago and part has still not been sent. Can't contact them via phone no one answers. Same with email. Ordered in the past with no issues but seems to just be a scam now

I purchased a wing mirror from this company over 5 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Every time I call it goes straight to a message bank and my emails have not been replied too. I cant get a hold of anyone in store to process my refund request.
