Terrible to deal with. Been trying to get our inverter replaced under warranty and multiple promised callbacks later its been a week and ive gotten nowhere

My view on my sunboost experience - sale service was informative and helpful - although I requested all black panels received paper work with pictures of all black panels as conformation of my purchase, on installation day the product installed was different then the discussed product, the installers themselves were wonderful, respectful, cleaned up after them selves and were quality workers, after installation we had quite a wait for the smart meter installation (4weeks) the smart meter installer left no information of what to do next, I was assuming his job was complete and everything was up and running until one month later nothing showing on the energy bill I was aware then something was not right called sun boost and went through a process of fixing the wifi issues until connection. Overall I am happy with sunboost however would suggest a better follow up on completing the installation until all is working right for the customer.
