Avoid this company at all costs. There is no communication between sales, sub-contractors and management. Continued excuses, promises and escalations - all the same scripted responses and zero accountability. I wish I could leave no stars.

Im glad we ended up going with another provider and not moving forward with Sunboost. Joe the salesman is so incredibly pushy, will ring you multiple times and just unpleasant in his approach. Made me feel super uncomfortable. Im not sure if its an overseas customer service team but Lauren wasnt too much helpful either.

They sent out the installation team on to remove the old panels on October 11th. They sent out the installation team without the correct parts a few days later. I was told by Lauren that they would be out to install the new panels at the end of October. That didnt happen. She then said end of November. That hasnt happened. Now Im being told itll be soon. We have paid in full and now with no panels were paying full electricity price. This has to be the most unorganised and worst customer experience Ive ever had. Im concerned that because we have paid in full they have just neglected our job completely. The installation team who are contractors have reached out and explained that they felt bad but couldnt do anything until the right parts were ordered. Lauren has refused to acknowledge my request for a discount at the least. Ive requested a response for this multiple times with no acknowledgment at all. I would not recommend given our very poor experience so far.

Very unhappy with this company. A number of actions by the company have encompassed the reason for this review. First off before we moved into new home made the decision to get a solar system. Contacted sunboost told them the new address and roughly when we were ready to get installed. Moved into the new house and were ready to get things going. Sunboost had the wrong connection address despite being told multiple times the new address. Explained to them that they should probably come out and have a look before sending installer. We were told no need we have an aerial shot. Installer finally arrived to do the work after months of waiting and Sunboost having the money in their account. Installer couldn't do the work as the system didn't fit, he then couldn't come back until after new year to complete. We finally managed to get another installer through Sunboost but had no communication about him not attending, we had to chase this up. Asked for a refund due to the mucking around, we were told that they don't have to do a refund and the best they could do was a reduction on cost. This is a lie and they are definitely in breach of consumer practices on this. My partner and I both requested a refund, staff constantly called. Almost to the point of harrasment to stop us refunding. The salesman laughed at me when I told him I had to take a day off work for a solar installer who never turned up and never called. Disgusting company will never deal with again. It's a call centre with sale people and no expertise.
