        Had my first visit to Oscar Wylie's Toowoomba store on the weekend & was very happy with my experience, from the Busy Happy Ladies out front to the extremely thorough Optometrist who listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend.

        Honestly, I love the glasses and have in the past been happy with my experience. This time, I was not happy. The optometrist chuckled at me a few times after asking about any health issues which I stated. My reason for getting an eye test was that it had been four years since my last test and I have had vision issues on and off. I only wanted the eye test and for her to behave professionally and treat me with respect. She also commented on me not being old enough to have a teenager which is also not appropriate either. I was a bit in shock from the experience that I forgot to ask for the report. I wont be getting my eye tests here in the future.
