Neilson Eyecare

Nothing is too much trouble at Neilson Eyecare. Once I visited when I had a migraine headache (I did not know at the time) and after my appointment, I was looked after until I felt capable of driving home. Each time I get cat hair in my eyes - from my possessive furball - I rock up to have it removed. As I wear close up glasses, when I take them off I cannot see what is in my eyes. Such a helpful team!

Two years after acquiring a brain injury, leaving me medically retired at 27, I saw David at Neilson Eyecare who made me a few pairs of glasses that helps reduce the headaches I experience more than anything else. I worked with the amazing vision therapist - Emsie, who over 6 months helped me achieve progress by helping both of my eyes work together through daily exercises for my eyes. David and Emsie, along with the rest of the staff as Neilson Eyecare always made me feel welcome and the only reason I stopped working with them was because I moved out of Toowoomba. Thank you Neilson Eyecare for pointing me in the right direction for my recovery, improving my quality of life, and giving me a glimpse of hope for my future.

Im very happy with the quality of service we received here. David was awesome, and picked up my sons issues straight away. The staff were so helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend them.

David is an excellent and very thorough optometrist. All the staff are courteous and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Weve had the most amazing experience with Abbey and Emsie with our 6 year olds vision therapy. Its a thorough program, which expects a lot from the participants but weve thrilled with the results weve seen and its well worth the financial and time investment
