Before we started working with Ally, we had tried going through our bank directly to refinance a complicated loan. The bank took 3 months to get to the point where they couldn't continue because the original loan was arranged through a broker, and we had to liaise with them before we could continue with the bank. It was like pulling very painful teeth going through the bank directly. After speaking with Ally (part of the original broker firm) we decided to see what she could do for us. In 1 week she had got us further than the bank did in 3 months. Not only did she get us our refinancing loan, she also got us a better deal. AND she made the process seamless. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made me feel less anxious about the whole process. Any hold ups we had were not because of Ally. She was always exceptionally prompt and efficient. I would 100% and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to get a home loan. We assumed going through the bank we were already with would be faster, but trust me, it wasn't. It's was worth having a broker. They have your back, and they get paid by the bank. So just do it, and just choose Ally, she is incredible and we couldn't have done it without her.
