Switch Finance

This must be the fourth or fifth time now I have used Switch Finance and it has been a seamless experience every time. Ray and his team takes the time to understand what your needs are and presents options. He will be frank and realistic with you on what is achievable and they always make the loan process seem faultless. I have never had any concerns that the proposed loan is not going to be approved, because Ray does the homework to make sure everything lines up with lenders requirements. I anticipate I will be seeking additional Investment lending in the near future and I will most certainly be going straight back to the team at Switch Finance.

Jackie and I are simple mum'n'dad investors. We first met Ray back in 2011 as members of TIC (The Property Club) long before he created the Switch Finance Team. He set up a number of interlinked loans so we could invest in real estate to fund our retirement. I remember the loans clerk at the bank saying he had NEVER seen a loans set up like it. That loan structure worked wonderfully well for more than a decade. Ray brokered mortgages for all our new property purchases, finding us lenders as the government was making it increasingly difficult for little people like us to borrow for investment.
