Floorworld North Lakes - Carpet, Laminate, Timber, Vinyl, Hybrid Flooring

Very happy with my carpets and hybrid flooring, it looks so great & better then I imagined. I experienced great customer service, the prices were competitive (I sussed out out other carpet stalls), and the process from beginning to end was quick but not rushed in terms of quality. ZERO really this business is not even worth 1 star. As advised by Blades & Shades (Hervey Bay QLD), Floorworld North Lakes are supposedly sellers of their products. B&S' venetian blinds are good quality. 1/2 dozen windows in my house were fitted with Blades & Shades venetian blinds over 10 yrs ago and they're still as good as new. During August 2022, Tim M. 'Floor and Window Specialist' measured as arranged. I didn't receive the quote till I contacted Floorworld North Lakes. I paid the deposit, I didn't receive any contact from Tim/Floorworld staff thereafter. I got a refund okay, because I made the effort to. I called Tim twice (about a week apart) before Easter 2023 to give Floorworld 'one more go'. Tim said he'd contact me when the Blades and Shades samples arrived. To date Tim/Floorworld haven't contacted me. It appears I've been judged as an unworthy 'customer' although I've not done business with Floorworld North Lakes before. How insincere and dishonest the 'Floor & Window Specialist' has been.

Ray and his team were a great help when we purchased our carpets in 2021. Affordable and friendly service. They were so patient with me as I couldn't decide on the right transition colour they even came back 2 years later and swapped the capping.

As the quote seemed a little high we obtained other quotes for exactly the same Quality Carpet / Underlay & Dispose of old carpet .Other Prices came in at around $ 1000 Less In fact another Floorworld store [ Exactly the Same was $ 980 cheaper. // It pays to shop around .

We would like to thank Pat from Floorworld North Lakes, who helped us out with our damaged stair nosing, his expertise assisted us in getting the correct stair noising installed by Matt and his team. We are very happy with the newly installed stair nosing.
