As part of our Reno we opted for vinal tiles from carpet call, they had 6 months leed time to prepare and did not have enough tiles to do the work, we had to wait a week for them to get enough, they apologised but that does not nake up for their incompetence.

Please stay away from this company as they will use pressure and duress to commit you to sign a contact without giving you the opportunity to read and review it. They give you false and misleading information just to make a sale and pressure you into making a decision on the spot. You should have the right to think about your decision and choice and to read the fine print in your own time and n"ot the time of the sales consultant who waited over two hours at our property until I caved in and made a deposit. I felt that this sales person would not leave until he got a contract signed and deposit made. I later received a copy of the contract and got to read all the fine print which we were not informed of prior to agreeing to sale. We have not lodged a complaint to Fare Trade and the ACCC. Please be mindful of the sales tactics this company will use just to make a sale. If the sales person will not respect your wishes to consider the quote and take time to read all the terms and conditions involved in the sales and installations. I would not call the Police and have him removed. We did not receive a copy of the sales contact with all the terms and conditions attached until after we signed the so called quote/invoice on the salespersons IPAD and then a copy was sent to our email later. Do Not fall for this sales tactic. stand up for your rights as a consumer.
