In only the smallest of movements, Sophie can practically perform miracles. She manages to realign and readjust so gently and patiently, yet I've literally walked out feeling like a new person. Sophie's calm and easy manner is so welcoming, and she's a complete professional from start to finish. Could not recommend more highly.

Sophie is one of the most gifted and knowledgeable bodyworkers and osteopaths I've ever been blessed to work with. She's helped me heal some significant back issues and pain including bulging discs and hypermobility. Soph is an expert on the body, and she creates results fast. Plus she's a brilliant human with the loveliest heart. I'm a raving fan, and can't recommend her highly enough.

Sophie is a wonderful osteopath. Helped clear the tightness in my upper back which resulted in reduced neck tension. Sophie always has the patients well-being at the forefront of her service and every interaction is so nurturing. Highly recommend!

Sophie is amazing. My whole family, including my two young girls have seen her for different issues. I recently did something to my back and couldn't get out of bed. After seeing Sophie, I was back to doing everything instantly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
