Words cannot express the deep gratitude I have for Rachel and her expertise as an osteopath. Her insight into my back and hip issues and associated chronic pain that I had been struggling with for 2 years, was incredible. After only 3 sessions with Rachel and then starting Pilates at Noosa Flow, I am now virtually pain free and feeling like myself again! Prior to seeing Rachel I had been to Physio, Acupuncture, remedial massage and nothing helped I thought I would have to live with the pain and restricted mobility forever! Thank you Rachel!

For someone that has never been to an Osteopath or anything similar in the past, I went to Rachel after having a back injury and she was great, I walked out feeling better and I look forward to seeing her again. Highly recommend.

Rachel is an professional and empathetic osteopath and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She has improved many sore areas in my body after just one session and keeps my 3 young boys in check too. She is truely an incredible practitioner and is especially amazing with children who dont often love to sit still. Thank you Rachel
