I was scammed by Gillian McCauley. I enquired about a house I wanted to buy, she advised me that there had been a lot of last minute offers on the property and that it will be snapped up quickly. She advised me to pay leverage fee of $3000 so she could then would put my offer though to the owners above everyone elses offers. I told her I had the money up front to buy the house and she told me I would be accepted and it would all move forwards smoothly. There ended up being a higher offer than mine for the property. She said she couldnt give my $3000 back because that was a risk I took. I have now found out its illegal to do what she has done. I have been scammed by a nasty, money hungry, lying woman. She is lucky I dont report her to the police.

Correen Mckay was wonderful; easy to deal through and with, and achieved a most satisfactory price for our property, in a very short time period. If all agents were like Correen, agents would have a far better reputation, and there would be a higher level of trust in the process and relationship between seller-agents-buyer!

Correen McKay has impressive skills as a real estate agent. I dealt with Correen when purchasing my property and was so impressed with her dedication, local knowledge and engagement I hired her to sell the property some years later. Nothing is too much trouble for Correen and she is well equipped and more than willing to face any challenges encountered in a sale.
