Tara Long Physio Noosa

I have no problems recommending Tara for anyone. She is an excellent physio who has helped me with a couple of different issues. I had shoulder pain that had been an on going issue for a number of years, and after seeing Tara for two or three visits, I noticed real change, and I am no longer suffering from shoulder pain. Shes intuitive and very knowledgeable and the exercises she gives you really targets key issues.

I was living with vertigo until I met Tara. In just two sessions she helped to fix the issue and now I no longer have dizziness. So fortunate to have her as my Physio.

Tara is an amazing Physiotherapist. I went to her with long suffering pain, and she brought so much knowledge to the rehab I now have stretches that strengthen the surrounding areas and relieve the painful areas in my back. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting to make the changes needed to love pain free!

Tara was highly recommended to me by another very satisfied client of hers. Ive had an ongoing shoulder injury for a few years now. I have seen different doctors, have had multiple X-rays and ultrasounds, they all came up with the same vague results and opinions. I wasnt getting anywhere with these doctors, I had to seek another opinion as I was loosing my shoulder mobility by the day! Straight away on the first visit with Tara I was getting some of my mobility back! And every session after I was gaining more! It is very evident that Tara knows her stuff too! She knew there was more to the story with my shoulder than what the docs made out to be and prompt me to get an MRI, which showed I needed some shoulder surgery. Cant thank Tara enough, Im now on the right track to a better recovery. Will no doubt be using her services again for post surgery rehab. Highly recommend

I went to Tara to get some help with my running technique as I just started and felt like an absolute Gumby. She looked at my technique, figured out where I was tight and created a routine for me to improve. I have improved my technique tenfold and couldnt recommend Tara enough! She is also a bonus therapist if you are having a rough day
