I have nothing but good things to say about Maddie. Even though I live 13 hours away I feel fully supported in my weight loss journey, we are in regular contact and have monthly zoom meetings. She has a positive attitude and never makes me feel bad when I have slipped, she finds the positives in what I have done and then steers me in the right direction. I'm only at the beginning of my life style change but I have already lost 5kg. I haven't had the pleasure in meeting the other half of MJ but I'm sure Justin is just a great as Maddie.

After getting told by the doc that I needed to take a tablet for the rest of my life for high cholesterol, I decided to explore other avenues. 2 months after I first met with Maddie and coming up with a new healthy eating plan, my cholesterol is finally trending down thanks to her advice. Super stoked and would do it all again. Thanks again Maddie!

Excellent nutrition plans, easy to prepare meals and best of all SUPER tasty recipes!! Awesome in depth discussions to create the perfect meal plan, matched perfectly with a training plan... highly motivated trainers with great advice! Highly recommend

Absolutely love these guys, they have developed many meal plans for me and I have seen some fantastic results. I have recently purchased their e-book which I cant wait to start - such a great training program for people who dont like gyms or only have 30mins to spare. I would highly recommend this team!!!
