        Dr David McIntosh is a fantastic doctor. His work has changed life for two of my children. Before we met him life was full of incessant sickness, poor sleep & social isolation due to off tap behaviour. Simple ENT surgery has brought it all under control, life is good now. I would recommend this practice & doctor highly. I am a repeat customer myself; we travel 2000km to see this man. The staff are excellent. So is the after care. Thank you Dr David.

        The woman working there is so beyond rude and horrible I had to cancel all appointments after waiting months for my children. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! And this review has absolutely NOTHING to do with waiting times - I've been waiting patiently for months with no problem. The review is about the way this woman talks to people so the reply is an absolute lie.

        Your receptionist (senile old lady) had a really bad attitude and was very rude. If thats how you treat your clients, than I think the customer service industry isnt for you.
