This is a great gym and the Owner puts a lot of thought and time into building a great community. Looking forward to getting back into it as soon as my injury is good.

I fractured my wrist in one of the classes. Still almost a year later I still experience pain from the injury. At the time I asked Shane to cancel my membership until I was able to come back. He did only for a few weeks after which it was reinstated without my knowing and charges continued. Months passed and Shane continued to ignore my request for a refund. His only reply after many emails and text messages was that I could come in for some free classes (which I was unable to do for other reasons). Really, really disappointing service. Such a horrible experience being blatantly ignored for so long and having zero compensation for their error. Over $500 was taken without return. It really shows the true character of a human and a business in those circumstances. Truly gross behaviour. I hate leaving bad reviews but Im just so disappointed at the lack of care.

Flow ST8 is an experience like no other. If you want a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing then look no further. The classes seamlessly blend breathwork, mobility and yoga with sports conditioning and strength. There is a strong focus on movement quality and each class is different to the last and will have your body thanking you. Shane, Sarah, Meya and Nicole are all incredible instructors that make you feel like you belong from day one and the Flow ST8 community is like no other. If you need to change up your exercise routine, try a new approach or want to get your body moving better then come give it a go- you won't regret it.

First time at Flow St8, absolutely loved it! Beautiful space, beautiful people, beautiful practise! Love the conscious holistic approach that resonates in everything they do - everything connected, everything in balance! Highly recommend!
