Vigour Pole Studios - Sunshine Coast

Thank you to Deb & all of the teachers for creating such a supportive, positive & welcoming atmosphere at the studio and to all of the other students who have been so encouraging and inspiring to engage with as somebody who works in the mental health field [for EDs & body image], I was really mindful of entering another fitness environment, and was blown away by how physically and mentally safe this studio has felt right from the very first phone call I had with Deb. Im so excited that somewhere like this exists in our community, thank you so much for being that place of difference

Always so much fun and so supportive in classes, absolutely love the pole family Had my hens party here just recently and Deb was absolutely amazing at giving everyone tips and tricks to achieve things and make the whole experience a bunch of fun! It was great to see everyone get out of their comfort zone and try something new. Cannot recommend more highly
