Our home loan representative, Declan Wolfenden, covered all our questions and resourced other areas to reassure us that we were making an informed decision to refinance our loan with BOQ. He made it convenient by conducting home visits at our convenience. (But that was probably for the coffee and Tim Tam's. Lol.) The application was executed in a timely and professional manner.
