If you're trans (trans girl, I can't speak for the experience of trans guys) and hoping to follow the powers method don't go here, she follows outdated parts of wpath to the letter and will not prescribe injectable ev because it is in her words a "4th rate treatment" that "leads to tachyphylaxis" and the only dose she might possibly prescribe is 5 mg every 2 weeks, ignoring the half life of estradiol and subsequent drop in levels. She recommended dropping bioidentical progesterone in favour of staying on cypro or spiro. Additionally she has outdated knowledge of estrone and its relationship with estradiol and flat out refused the need to monitor and reverse the ratio of estrone and estradiol by switching from pills to injectables after a year.

Dr Thomas is a wonderful doctor - knowledgeable and a wonderful bedside manner which helps you to feel relaxed with her. I appreciate her being thorough and always willing to answer any questions I have to help me improve my health. She employs a lovely lady in her surgery who is always friendly and helpful when I need to make or change appointments. Overall I highly recommend Dr Anna Thomas.

Excellent. Very thorough and takes the time to discuss everything with you in detail. Saw her regarding Graves disease (hyperthyroidism). Highly recommend.

I have no idea of the doctor because the receptionist needs to not be in the medical field at all. She was short, rude and quite frankly unhelpful. I had an appointment I had cancelled and resheduled with many days notice the first time. Second time my work was very busy be end of year and I asked if I could be moved later in the day or to next week with many hours notice was 9am and the appointment was at 230pm. she then proceeded to tell me "you have done this before the doctor won't see you". I respond "are you serious?" to then be met with "I'll discuss it with the doctor and get back to you" Not a word since. I understand the frustration over cancellations but I followed protocol with their cancellation /reshedule policy they state in their guidelines yet was still met with hostility and rudeness when I simply asked to move my appointment. Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know but highly unprofessional.
