Could not be more disappointed. Bullying, threatening emails, constantly chasing and following up for maintenance issues that have been ongoing for 7months. The way this business is run Im surprised they are still in business. The way we have been treated is appalling. Do not recommend.

***BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE*** This would have to be the worst real estate I've ever had to endure. The owner let's his sister run multiple places and ours unfortunately is under her charge. This "agent" has sent days worth of abusive and threatening texts (of which I fully intend to chase down). She was fired after some very bad behaviour but the owner has since put her right back on and she's back to her old tricks. My partner has been receiving the brunt of these emails and texts and she is currently suffering from mental health issues. This is making her even worse and causing her to have episodes. What type of vile human does that, especially in this line of work? DO NOT HAVE THIS REAL ESTATE RUN YOUR PREMISES OR RENT WITH THEM. BEWARE!!!!! I will happily prove this by DM and if she continues this behaviour, most will see it on A Current Affair.

Really disappointing experience with this agency. I rented for 4 years and had multiple issues along the way. Although I allowed issues like communication difficulty, delays on getting things fixed, being expected to do things like remove previous tenants rubbish at my own financial expense, as they were (at the time) small enough to just deal with and in good faith that these were oversights and not reflective of the experience I was going to have. But upon leaving I had multiple issues with delayed communication, I was sent incorrect rental ledger figures regarding the outstanding arrear amount, and when I tried to get some clarity I was ignored for a month and then met with incredible hostility, I was told to 'take the emotion out of it' even though this was via text and not a single bit of 'emotion' was involved. The mistake was put on staff member who they said would be leaving, After reading the bad reviews here I can agree with them all and completely understand what those clients would have experienced after now dealing with this.
