Not sure how Roslyn behaves when she is dealing with landlords or home buyers, but she certainly doesnt make any effort when it comes to tenants. We rented a property in Windsor and, apart from a rushed 2-minute hand-over, there has been no support from her whatsoever. None of the issues weve had with the property have been addressed or worked on. Weve been chasing her for a reply for weeks, and have the impression that her strategy is to just block our requests, sit it out and wait until we give up. We actually want to eventually buy and, had the relationship been better, we would have considered Core Estate, but after being continuously ignored or brushed off (sometimes in a very rude way) well steer well clear of them next time were looking for a house.

If you are a landlord you get treated well, if you are a tenant you get treated like dirt. They only care about one thing. Money. If you are a tenant or renting from them I feel sorry for you as you may have to wait months for repairs or anything else.
