Not happy with this agent. They made too many mistakes, didnt know what was happening and bad planning at end of a 4 year lease. Unbelievable how unprofessional an agent can be.

These people are professional in "eating your bond money". Once you rent out any property from them, once you hand in bond money, they will never give it back to you for ridiculous reasons such as "discolouration". Worst and u professional agents in whole of brisbane. Would never recommend anyone to do rent from them, you will regret it. They rent you out a place and expect you not to live in it. Just pay the rent and they will make sure they eat your bond money in full.

I am grateful to Louise, Shelley, Amy and everyone at this wonderful company who helped make a potentially stressful time of searching for a new rental, applying, and moving in as smooth as! For the first time in years of renting, the staff not only have the owner's interest at heart, but mine too. Kudos! At long last, a rental company with a social conscious! Thank you!

Avoid this real estate. They never address any problem or any issues in the property we had issue with the water supply we notify them many times never solved it and we had some milk stain from.the baby they want it clean straight away with professional carpet cleaner ... avoid avoid and avoid this is worst real state
