Great experience with RPM. Natina and the owners of the property we were renting were especially understanding and patient throughout our lease. It led to a very stress-free tenancy. Would definitely recommend!

One of the most unprofessional property management companys I have had to deal with. Person who came for routine inspections spent all his time chatting during inspections instead of actually doing inspections. Was told we were looking after the place well and everything was all good. When the tenancy ended they just made up invoices with hundreds of dollars of repairs and bills. These invoices looked like Mary from accounts just wrote them up on a word doc. Poor communication they wouldnt even pick up the phone when called and lied and said they had tried to call back. Avoid this company at all costs if you are looking to rent or if you are a landlord.

Callum at RPM, has been nothing but outstanding since managing the property, always going the extra step to ensure that the property is being well kept and that there is a clear line of communication between us if there has been any issues.
