        All the ladies who work at Cairns Bank are so helpful and treat you as a customer not just a number I really enjoy dealing with these people . I'm getting a bit old and forgetful but they keep an eye on transactions for me great service.

        I can not express how relieved I was when I spoke with Tara as Cairns Bank. She was so professional and understanding. She made me feel welcomed and heard. I can not recommend her services enough. She was thorough, articulate and really knew her stuff. If you are looking for a good rate, quick turn around and to speak to someone who will go out of their way to really help you get the loan, Cairns Bank, are the ones I would recommend.

        Personal and friendly. Convenient internet banking. Staff turnover is minimalistic, you will recognise the faces behind the counter, they know you and may greet you by name. Management is available and approachable. In summary, dealing with Cairns Penny is the almost exact opposite of any experience you may have had with "The Big Four"
