Best broker in Cairns I highly recommend Eakins Financial. Ive had 2 mortgages and one loan through Eakins Financial and every time it has been exceptional. The girls at Eakins Financial work extremely hard with you and for you to provide the best outcome for your financial needs. They have been very transparent with everything and explained all of the bank terms and needs to me. So I could understand it. They truly have your best interest at heart. They were so nice to deal with and made you feel so comfortable at all times with their service, they went above and beyond working late nights. I honestly can say you wont be disappointed with Eakins Financial. Give Lauren and the girls a call.

Using a mortgage broker can sometimes be a hit and miss process. Luckily for me, I came across Lauren Eakins on a google search and all the reviews are accurate. Lauren guided me through the mortgage process with enthusiasm and eagerness, finding great deals that suited my circumstances. She and her team were alway approachable, even with questions unrelated to mortgages. I cant recommend Lauren and her team highly enough but, I will say, you are mad to go to your bank for a mortgage without speaking with Lauren, first.
