We tried to apply for a loan with a bank where we already have two big home loans with. We thought it would be an easy, straight forward process but the bank made it ridiculously complicated, slow and in the end we were unsuccessful and disappointed. So we approached Dave and he did a fabulous job! Suddenly it all went fast, uncomplicated and professional. Communication was great - he answered to every email or text message - where the bank would not even stick to arranged appointments or didnt respond to emails. The bank definitely lost us as costumers and well only ever go through Dave now for renegotiations or should we need another loan in the future.

Dave and the team at Loan Select are incredible. We were referred to Dave after being treated with disdain by other loan institutions. Dave took on our application and guided our family through the entire process with ease. What had previously taken months was sorted in days. We now have finance approval and our build has commenced. I feel so lucky that Dave chose to help my partner and I with our home loan application. We found our dream eco-house but the banks kept knocking back our application. It was devastating. Dave worked so incredibly hard to get our application approved. He believed in our dream and was passionate in helping us achieve it. I've not met a harder working person in Cairns. Dave's intricate knowledge and experience in the financial sector means that he can get even the trickiest applications over the line. Without Dave's help, we wouldn't currently own our house. It's as simple as that. My partner and I feel forever grateful for this.
