Sunterra Solar

Two weeks in and our 5kw Growatt hybrid inverter and 10kw battery are performing flawlessly. We're now completely self-reliant. Hakim from sales answered all our questions and Lee's workmanship was excellent. Both very efficient. Thanks guys!!

Had my Risen 6.6 Kw array and 5 Kw Sungrow inverter installed a month ago! very impressed. The installation was done by Dan and his crew in about 5 hours. So far its performing better than expected, great company to deal with very professional outfit would recommend to anybody. Alistair Queensland.

Sunterra recently installed Solar at our business and at a residence. I have to say that both the pre-sale and post-sale service was terrific. The installation went without a hitch and the crew were very polite and efficient. I would have no hesitation recommending Sunterra to anyone (in fact I have already passed on their card to two other people).

Worst service I have ever received. Our system was installed on the 7th of November - We are now 2 months into having this system - have already had 1 faulty inverter replaced a month after the initial installation (system did not work during this month). 12th December after working for 6 days out of 5 weeks the second inverter failed and we are STILL waiting on a replacement for this. System has been installed for 60 days and worked 6 days during this time and yet no one can give us a solution. I'd be happy for them to remove the whole thing from our house and go to a company who WANTS the business.
