My child has a life threatening condition we decided to have solar installed to help support his care. First choice installed the solar. Unfortunately as the home owner I was not communicated with, finding out only the day before it was being installed. I was unprepared and unorganised. I felt anxious during the process . Communication was poor, some minor damage occurred and a terrible mess was left for me to clean. Disappointing a co owner was the installer, he delivered a disingenuous apology. The solar install might be okay but the experience terrible.

Awesome service from all the team at First Choice. Had a solar panel and battery system put in several months ago and it has been fantastic, no more power bills. Because of their great service, when it was necessary to change our hot water system, I got them to install a heat pump. Once again, they went out of their way to install it extremely quickly, very grateful for that. So, thanks heaps for everything First Choice Solar team. Can't recommend their prices, service and quality of work high enough. Cheers
