Optus Business Centre

I would NOT recommend using the Optus Business centre for your business needs. Walter our case manager never replied to emails, doesnt answer calls. Tells us they are short staffed and cant help us. Optus in general are useless, but when your trying to run a business and your equipment does not work it is very difficult to deal with. And this 'business centre' do not help in any way. Ive asked to make a complaint to their manager before and they refused to give me their information to do so. Very unhappy with our service.

Luke Williams from the Optus Business Team is fantastic, he recently assisted me with getting a technical issue resolved which without Luke's help I don't think the fault would be fixed, he is a credit to Optus. Fantastic service, patience and knowledge

Thanks to Luke at Goldcoast Optus branch we received a great deal for our business this year. Luke went beyond our expectations. with customer service etc. Hey just thinking maybe Luke should come work for us ?? Thanks Tony

I just signed up with OPTUS for my NBN. You would think I have the plague!!!!!!!! I cant get anyone to speak to me. What is going on in Australia??? Service and Telecommunication companies are a bit of a joke. If anyone from OPTUS is reading this perhaps you would like to call Senior Legal at Southport to sort out the problem!!!!!! I have just had the "pleasure" of speaking to Austin at the Bundall office ( I had to call them) and explained my problem. His response was effectively "none of my concern, contact technical (in India)." It appears that all of the teleco's are happy to take our $$$$ but not interested in providing service, WTH!!!!!!!
